Commuter services are continually monitored and adjusted so suit changing needs of passengers.  Regular meetings with passengers and their representatives ensure involvement from all parties to solve problems as soon as possible.  Suggestions from passengers which are submitted via strategically located suggestion boxes are thoroughly analysed and discussed for implementation where practicable.  Surveys via Questionnaires are done from time to time to get input from our clients regarding their needs and so inclusion in decision making is achieved.
Contract services for organisations are tailored to suite the clients requirements and operational needs.  Buses privately hired to schools etc. are provided according to the requirements of such an organisation.  They may select the type of vehicle required.

The company has built up long standing relationships with major employers, mining houses and employee organisations, such as the national Union of Mine Workers through interaction in operational areas.   The Company serves on various working groups and associations in the Industry focusing on National matters, as well as on working groups which were established by the Bilateral initiative between the RSA and neighbouring countries, which follows an international framework.

Vaal Maseru is totally committed to playing a major role in the development of the community it serves.  During 1994 and 1998 General Elections and 1996 Local Elections, Vaal Maseru played an adequate role to transport communities.  Great emphasis is being placed on interaction with the community and their leaders as to timeously identify and address their needs in regards voter transport.  We even go further to assist the Governments of the various foreign Mineworkers to ensure Voter registration of Mineworkers working in the RSA Mines to ensure the principles of Democracy is adhered to.

We are endeavouring, through improving our own productivity and enhancing the mobility of people/passengers, to ensure that our customers can meet their traveling requirements at affordable fares.
This mobility assists especially mine workers to visit their families in remote areas and strengthen family ties which are often damaged by working environment constraints.
